Didn't like anything, except comfortable bed

Comfortable beds in spacious premium rooms made for a nice stay, complete with a TV that had decent channel selection. Enjoyed relaxing in complimentary robes at the spa, a definite plus after a long day.
Encountered a double bed that sank in the middle, which was a tad uncomfortable for a good night's sleep. The dining options were limited. only the gym offered food, but they turned away late orders, forcing a trek to distant fast food outlets. Parking was ample, but the location meant walking across the car park to access the restaurant and pool facilities, which felt a bit disjointed from the main hotel experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although the room could really use some updating and the pillows were uncomfortable, the overall cleanliness and the decent breakfast at the health club added to the experience. It wasn't perfect, but worth considering for a short stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the fitness classes and loved the access to the health club. It was a great value, especially with the kids feeling right at home with so much to do. Perfect spot for a fun getaway.
The reception staff seemed uninterested. It was a bit frustrating when my room's shower didn't close properly despite reporting it. Felt neglected.
